School Closed--July 1 to August 23
To
facilitate the completion of our construction, and for the safety of
yourself and our workers, there will be NO access to the school during
this time period.
If
you have a question regarding registration, these can be addressed
during course change days beginning August 25. For any other

Attention Parents/Students
We have been notified by our contractors that in order for our
renovations to be completed on time, Archbishop MacDonald will need to
shut down completely from July 1 – August 23, 2010.
Should you wish to speak to someone – you can reach the
secretary either at (780) 451-1470 or (780) 909-1419 between the hours
of 10:00 – 12:00 noon Monday through Thursday or via e-mail at
kathy.delcioppo@ecsd.net. E-mails will be checked several times
per day to ensure a quick response. Please note there will be no office
staff from July 12th – 16th.
As this closure will affect some of the administrative
preparation that would normally be completed over the summer, we ask in
advance for your patience during registration and the first few weeks of
September as staff endeavor to ensure that the school start up runs as
smoothly as possible.

REPORT CARDS
Report cards will be sent via mail by June
30. If you have not received this by mid July, please email (see
above).
